FROM CONSULTATION TO DELIVERY
STEP 1 : ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT
Answer the assessment questions to determine if you’re eligible for a consultation. Eligibility is based on your condition and medical history. You do not need a severe health issue, but you must have tried at least two conventional treatments prescribed by a doctor. To finalise your eligibility, consent to our clinicians reviewing your medical records. Rest assured, your information will be kept safe and secure.
STEP 2 : BOOK YOUR CONSULTATION
Select your appointment time. Choose a 30-minute slot for your private video consultation with a UK-registered doctor, who will be matched to your condition. The consultation fee is £150, ensuring our medical team can provide the best care and advice when developing your treatment plan. If you are not eligible, the fee is fully refundable. However, 99% of consultations lead to a medical cannabis prescription. The doctor will discuss available treatments, answer your questions, and, if eligible, propose a treatment plan tailored to your condition and lifestyle.
STEP 3 : RECEIVE YOUR MEDICAL CANNABIS
Following your consultation, our multi-disciplinary team will assess your eligibility and treatment plan. Your plan will detail whether you should begin with dried cannabis flower or oil, as well as the recommended THC and CBD levels. Once approved, you can order directly through our platform and choose your payment method. We aim for delivery within 5 days. All order come with tracking.
